To order your custom Bobblehead doll:
Prepared minimum 2 Pictures: Clear(High pixel), Straight front and Side profile. Straight front shot: Not tilted to left, right, up or down) see samples below. 

1. Click on the one of the categories and select the style of bobblehead music,wedding,family, etc). 

2. Find the body style you like, you can click the image for a larger view. 

3. Select the options, hair, eye, and skin color, upload photos and special instructions and comments.

4. Review your order in the cart, and click checkout to purchase. 

5. Choose payment method, PayPal or Credit Card. 

6. Payment completes.

   After about 15 days, you will receive your delicate handmade bobblehead.

About Proofing

Q: What is "Proofing"?
A: This is the interaction between the customer and the artist in which the customer must give the okay on the custom made bobblehead prior to shipping. This communication is done via email soon after the purchase of most bobbleheads (the exception being those where the customer selected 'Faster' or 'Fastest' for a sculpting option).

Q: When is there a proofing process?
A: Proofing is available to you at no charge on all standard body bobbleheads and fully customizable bobbleheads with 'Standard' Sculpting and 'Fast' Sculpting options. Proofing is not available on our 'Faster' Sculpting and 'Fastest' Sculpting options because of the time the proofing process adds to the production schedule. Please keep in mind that the ship date of your doll is directly affected by the amount of changes       required on your bobblehead.

About Custom Bobbleheads

Q: What if I can’t choose the right skin/hair color of the person?
A: No worrying, just choose the similar colors and leave your message on the “ special comment and instruction” box, the artists will make the color as per your instructions and photos.

Q: What if my photos are too big to upload?
A: In this case, please skip the uploading step and send the photos to service@preamic.com

Q: How many photos I have to send?
A: One front view and side view photo is preferable. If there are not that many photos available, only a front view photo will be good to go.

Q: I have some special requests on my order
A: If you have any special ideas on the order, just feel free to write them down on the “special comments and instructions” box during the checkout.

Q: Can I change the pose of the bobblehead?
A: Sure, just send us the picture of the post for reference, but it will subject to additional charge of $30, because, in this case, the artist can’t use the premade body and have to sculpt a new body.
 
Q: Can I change the uniform of the bobblehead?
A: Sure, just send us the picture of the uniform for reference, but change of clothes color will subject to additional charge of $30, because, in this case, the artist can’t use the premade body and have to sculpt a new body with the uniform you request.
 
Q: Can I add an accessory on the bobblehead?
A: Yes, please write it on your comments and send us a picture for reference. Small items like book, glasses and hats will be free. We only charge for the big accessories like chair, guitar, pets etc.

Q: Can I design the bobblehead from head to toe?
A: Yes, just click the fully custom dolls category and start designing your bobblehead from head to toe.

Q: What are your bobbleheads made of?
A: Great question! Our bobbleheads are made from a high quality, durable polyresin material. With its highly customizable characteristics, polyresin allows for the finished product to be highly detailed in all aspects of the design. Because of the increased time required for this process, many other companies use polymer clay instead. Clay is a cheaper and much more fragile substitute, and over time it will dry, crack, and break easily - while polyresin won't crack or dry out, and is much more durable. Polyresin is the material that quality commercial products are made from. It is the industry standard when it comes to producing bobblehead dolls. If you are going to spend the money to buy a custom bobblehead, why not get the best quality product possible?
 
Q: What is the difference between a fully customized bobblehead and a standard body bobblehead?
A: The different  isfully customized bobbleheads allow customers to customize anything and everything on the doll from head to toe, whereas a standard bodies allow you to customize the head and the change only colors of the clothing. With a standard body,the body is a stock option and we cannot change the structure. The same craftsmanship is used on both styles.

Q: What’s the size of the bobblehead?
A: We have three types of size for you to choose on the product page
     Standard - About 6.5-7.5 inches (16-19 cm) height.
     Bigger - About 10 inches (25 cm) height.
     Biggest - About 12 inches (30 cm) height.

Q: What’s the weight of the bobblehead?
A: The specific weight of the bobblehead depends on the size and type of the bobbleheads, single or double bobbleheads. Beside, the accessories like car or motor will affects the weight. Basically, the net weight of a standard single bobblehead is about 350 g  and a standard couple bobblehead is about 700g.
